• Comfortable with data analysis, consolidation and capturing.

Responsibilities

• Supporting support coaches with daily and weekly administrative tasks.
• Supporting learner and guardian communications, including telephonic and email communications, and providing high-quality customer service.
• Ensuring effective follow-up efforts are adhered to when unable to resolve a query (logging tickets for outreach).
• Filtering inbound tickets and phone calls from guardians and learners, and responding where applicable.
• Supporting review of dashboards to help strategise outreach and track learner behaviour.
• Upholding policies and procedures.
• Assisting with learner profiles updates and onboarding tasks.
• Providing assessments of critical situations and escalating as required.
