Somewhere is seeking an Online Customer Success Trainer to deliver live product learning sessions remotely to institutions. You will guide administrators through core workflows and day-to-day tasks, ensuring confidence with the platform.

You will tailor sessions to different school contexts, build training materials, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support to improve the product and training experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent live presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong digital fluency and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to read people and adapt communication to fit institutions.

Responsabilités

• Deliver live, virtual product learning sessions for onboarding and feature refreshers.
• Teach administrators core workflows and hands-on tasks in the software until they can operate independently.
• Tailor sessions for housing directors, front-desk/RA staff, and campus IT.
