Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Customer Success Manager for a rapidly growing travel tech company. You will steward a portfolio of clients, maximize value from our travel solutions, and advocate for customer needs in a fully remote setting across South Africa.

You will build relationships, drive product adoption, conduct business reviews, and partner with sales, product, and support teams to reduce churn and identify expansion opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role in SaaS/tech.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of assigned clients, acting as their main point of contact post-sale.
• Develop and execute success plans to ensure clients achieve desired outcomes with our platform.
• Conduct regular business reviews, track client health, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Provide proactive support, training, and strategic advice to drive product adoption and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client needs and resolve issues.
• Monitor client usage and identify churn risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
