Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Sourcing Specialist focused on Information Technology to identify and engage passive and active IT candidates for a fully remote team. You will build robust pipelines, reach out with persuasive messages, and collaborate with Technical Recruiters and Hiring Managers to meet hiring goals.

Operating entirely remotely, you will leverage advanced sourcing tools to tap into the global talent pool, stay current with industry trends, and contribute to impactful IT hiring

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT or tech sourcing experience.
• Expert in advanced search techniques and Boolean logic across platforms.
• Experience with ATS and CRM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with persuasive outreach.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential IT candidates for developers, engineers, analysts, and PMs.
• Use a range of sourcing tools and platforms to discover talent (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc).
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for niche technical skills.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess fit and interest.
• Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Collaborate with Technical Recruiters and Hiring Managers on requirements.
• Engage candidates with compelling outreach highlighting opportunities and culture.
• Track activities and engagement metrics; provide regular reports.
• Stay up-to-date with IT hiring trends and best practices.
