The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in a related field with 1-3 years in program coordination, showing organizational, analytical, and communication strengths to drive social impact across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in program coordination or management, preferably within the non-profit sector.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools is a plus.
• Demonstrated passion for social impact and community development in Limpopo and other regions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of new social programs and initiatives.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned programs, ensuring effective delivery and outcomes.
• Monitor program activities, collect data, and prepare regular progress reports.
• Coordinate with program beneficiaries, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
• Identify challenges and propose solutions to enhance program effectiveness and reach.
