Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage impactful remote initiatives across South Africa. This fully remote role drives the reach and effectiveness of charitable programs nationwide, ensuring end-to-end project delivery aligned with organizational goals.

You will lead remote teams, manage budgets, monitor outcomes, and foster collaboration and accountability to deliver meaningful social impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in program management, project management, or similar leadership role in non-profit.
• Proven track record managing complex projects with measurable results, preferably in remote setting.
• Strong understanding of impact measurement and evaluation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of multiple remote charitable programs.
• Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for all initiatives.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and report on KPIs and impact metrics.
