Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to manage community impact projects in a fully remote setting. You will oversee planning, timelines, stakeholder communications, and documentation to ensure initiatives meet objectives on time and within scope.

Based in Gauteng, the role offers flexible remote work and opportunities to develop PM and non-profit leadership skills while contributing to social change across Benoni and beyond.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar PM role.
Strong knowledge of PM methodologies and tools.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Experience with non-profit sector is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Coordinate planning and execution of community impact projects from initiation to closure.
Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resources.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
Facilitate communication among teams, beneficiaries, and partners.
Manage project documentation including reports and meeting minutes.
Support budget tracking and resource management for projects.
