Placements24 is seeking a Program Coordinator to design, implement and oversee social inclusion programs. This fully remote role supports communities from Durban, engaging partners across non-profits and government bodies while managing budgets and communication with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least four years in program coordination or community development, with strong planning, budgeting, and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in program coordination, project management, or community development.
• Strong organizational, planning, budgeting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee programs focused on social inclusion for various community demographics.
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and activities, ensuring successful program delivery from initiation to completion.
• Liaise with community partners, non-profit organizations, and government bodies to establish and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Develop and manage program budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability.
• Create and disseminate program materials, reports, and communications to stakeholders.
• Monitor program effectiveness through data collection and analysis, recommending improvements as needed.
