Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Community Outreach Coordinator to join a fully remote team with a focus on Polokwane community engagement. You will design and execute outreach strategies, engage leaders and organizations, and create engaging communications to promote awareness of services.

The role requires a blend of strategic planning, event coordination (virtual and in-person where applicable), and strong communication skills to build trusted relationships across diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in community outreach or program coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with digital tools, social media, and virtual meetings.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and understand Polokwane dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community outreach strategies and plans.
• Identify and engage with key community leaders, organizations, and users.
