Placements24 is seeking a highly organized and visionary Remote Program Coordinator to lead social impact initiatives from a virtual environment. You will design, implement, and oversee programs addressing community needs, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive meaningful outcomes across diverse communities.

This role favors strategic thinkers with a passion for social justice, strong leadership, and experience managing remote programs, budgets, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Non-profit Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the social impact sector.
• Proven ability to develop and manage program budgets and reporting systems.
• Excellent virtual communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for new social impact programs and initiatives.
• Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Coordinate program activities, timelines, and deliverables across remote teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, NGOs, and funders.
• Monitor program progress, collect data, and generate reports on impact and outcomes.
• Facilitate virtual meetings, workshops, and training sessions for program participants and staff.
