Job summary

Placements24 seeks a proactive Remote Program Coordinator to support social impact initiatives from home in South Africa. You will assist program managers, coordinate scheduling, and maintain project records, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication with beneficiaries and partners.

This fully remote role requires strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program coordination, project administration, or a similar support role.
• Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in virtual collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fully remote environment.
• Familiarity with the social impact or non-profit sector is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist program managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of social impact projects.
• Coordinate program activities, including scheduling meetings, managing logistics, and tracking progress.
• Maintain program documentation, databases, and communication records.
• Support the development of program materials, reports, and presentations.
• Serve as a point of contact for beneficiaries and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing support remotely.
