Qualifications

• Proven experience in program coordination or project management in non-profit/community development.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking for remote work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport virtually.
• Experience with project management software and collaboration tools.
• Understanding of community development principles and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Public Administration, or Sociology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, execution, and successful completion of community development programs.
• Manage program timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for remote initiatives.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal teams, external partners, and community members online.
• Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation tools to track program progress and impact.
• Create reports on program activities, outcomes, and challenges for management.
• Identify opportunities for program improvement and innovation in a remote context.
