Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, development studies, or project management.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination/management (non-profit preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with remote collaboration tools.
• Passion for social impact and community development.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of social impact projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with project team members, stakeholders, and beneficiaries for smooth execution.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare regular project reports documenting achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
