Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Non-profit Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in program management within the social services or non-profit sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs, budgets, and teams.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development skills.

Responsibilities
