Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Program Manager to oversee social impact initiatives. This executive role calls for strategic leadership, remote team management, and collaboration with community partners to drive meaningful societal change.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of program management experience in non-profit or social impact sectors, with expertise in monitoring and evaluation and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5-7 years of progressive program management experience, preferably in non-profit or social impact.
• Strong understanding of monitoring and evaluation frameworks for social programs.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and management of multiple social impact programs and projects.
• Define program goals, objectives, and KPIs ensuring alignment with organizational mission.
• Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and financial reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, non-profits, government agencies, and sponsors.
• Manage and mentor a distributed team of project coordinators and support staff.
• Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
