Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee development programs for charitable initiatives. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to manage projects across regions from anywhere, with responsibility for planning, execution, monitoring and closure to ensure on-time, on-scope, on-budget delivery.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of PM experience (preferably in non-profits), strong leadership and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in non-profit or development sectors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a remote team environment using virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Manage project execution, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
• Ensure successful project closure, including documentation and lessons learned.
