Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Social Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of social programs across regions. This fully remote role offers the freedom to manage projects and teams from anywhere, with strategic planning, budget oversight and stakeholder engagement at its core.

You will guide program design, monitor progress, and ensure outcomes align with community needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, public administration, development studies or a related field.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in social program management.
• Experience leading remote teams and coordinating complex projects.
• Strong design, monitoring and evaluation knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Grant-writing and fundraising experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate comprehensive social programs.
• Manage program budgets and financial accountability.
• Lead and mentor remote program teams.
• Engage with external partners, donors and community stakeholders.
