Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a strategic Programme Manager to lead social impact initiatives in a fully remote role. You will plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects to ensure alignment with our mission and measurable outcomes.

You will manage diverse stakeholders, guide remote teams, monitor performance, and report on progress. A Master’s degree and at least seven years in programme management are preferred, with a passion for creating sustainable social change.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Development Studies, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of programme management experience, preferably in non-profit or social impact.
• Proven success in managing complex projects with measurable results.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and remote collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of social impact programmes from conception to completion.
• Develop strategic plans, budgets, and timelines for programme delivery.
• Manage relationships with funding partners, community leaders, and beneficiaries.
• Lead and motivate remote project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Monitor programme performance, analyse data, and generate regular reports on progress and impact.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and scale within social impact initiatives.
