Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Social Impact Manager to lead strategic initiatives focused on improving communities in the Western Cape. The role is fully remote and involves collaborating with internal teams, partners, and community stakeholders to maximize positive influence.

Candidates hold a Master’s degree in Public Policy, International Development, Social Work, or related field, with at least seven years in CSR or nonprofit management, and a proven record in strategy,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Policy, International Development, Social Work or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in managing social impact programs, CSR or non-profit management.
• Proven experience in strategy development, program design and impact measurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social impact strategy.
• Identify social challenges and opportunities for intervention in regions like Mossel Bay and beyond.
• Design, launch and manage social programs with effective resource allocation.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure impact and effectiveness.
• Build relationships with non-profits, government bodies and community leaders.
