The role emphasizes delivering on objectives within budget, monitoring impact, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements, using digital tools for collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in non-profit or community development.
• Experience managing complex projects remotely with timely delivery.
• Proficiency with project management software and virtual collaboration platforms (Zoom, Slack, Asana).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote interactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive program strategies for community development projects.
• Oversee project lifecycles including planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Utilize virtual collaboration tools to manage remote teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze program data to assess effectiveness and report on KPIs.
• Foster relationships with community partners through virtual channels.
• Ensure compliance with funding requirements and organizational policies.
