Job summary

Sabio Group in Cape Town is seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role covers platform administration, development, and integrations with Salesforce and other systems.

You will own platform governance, deliver secure workflows, and engage stakeholders while expanding your ServiceNow expertise in a fast-growing CX transformation environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong enterprise administration, configuration and development experience in ServiceNow.
• Development experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies and Script Includes.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, IntegrationHub, MID Server, JSON/XML, OAuth and secure authentication.
• ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalogue, CMDB) and delivery lifecycle.
• Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, test, deploy and document work for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain users, roles, access controls, forms, tables, notifications, service catalogues and workflows.
• Monitor platform health, resolve incidents and support upgrades, patches and testing.
• Manage development, test and production releases under change controls.
• Design, build and deploy solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and scripting.
• Design, build and support REST/SOAP integrations with Salesforce and other systems.
