Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow consulting.
• Hands‑on expertise in ITSM Pro, ITOM (Discovery), HRSD, APM (EA), and SPM.
• Experience designing scalable ServiceNow architectures and complex integrations.
