Placements24 is seeking a Remote Technical Service Coordinator to organize and streamline our service operations from a remote location in South Africa. You will coordinate field technicians, manage schedules, log and close service requests, and act as the main point of contact for clients.

The role requires strong organization, exceptional communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on dispatch efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a coordination, dispatching, or service management role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with service management software and CRM systems.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule field service technicians for installation, maintenance, and repair activities based on location, skill, and urgency.
• Act as the primary point of contact for field technicians, providing job details and support.
• Manage and update the service ticketing system, logging, tracking, and closing requests.
• Communicate with clients regarding appointments, delays, and resolution status.
• Monitor service performance metrics and identify areas for dispatch efficiency improvements.
• Prepare reports on operations, technician productivity, and client feedback.
