Placements24 seeks a proactive Remote Technical Coordinator to manage and facilitate technical support operations from a fully remote setting. You will coordinate between clients, field technicians, and internal teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure service levels are met.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in technical coordination or dispatch, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with CRM systems for tracking requests and progress.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical coordination, dispatch, or support role.
• Familiarity with technical support processes and installation/maintenance workflows.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective coordination.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and scheduling/communication tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule field technician assignments for installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service requests and updates.
• Monitor the progress of technical tasks and ensure timely completion according to service agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, technician activities, and resolution status in the CRM system.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to provide status updates and resolve issues.
• Identify trends in technical issues and escalate recurring problems to management for review.
