Placements24 is seeking a proactive Field Service Coordinator to manage service operations in Soweto. This hybrid role blends on-site coordination with remote administration, acting as the central link between technicians, clients and internal teams to ensure smooth dispatch and service delivery.

You will schedule field visits, monitor progress in the CRM, manage parts inventory, and communicate clearly to resolve scheduling conflicts while keeping customers informed and satisfied.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Field Service Coordinator or in a similar dispatching/scheduling role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software, scheduling tools, and basic office applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch field service technicians to client sites efficiently based on priority and availability.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and equipment status in the CRM system.
• Communicate effectively with technicians, clients, and internal departments to resolve scheduling conflicts and address inquiries.
• Assist with parts inventory management and ensure technicians have necessary supplies for their jobs.
