Placements24 is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join a fully remote, international team. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for software, data science, cloud, and security roles, building strong relationships with clients and candidates worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in technical recruitment.
• Ability to recruit for niche and hard-to-fill technical positions.
• Deep understanding of various technologies, programming languages, and IT infrastructure.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on virtual interaction.
• Proficiency in using advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment technology platforms.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing workload effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of technical roles, including software engineering, data science, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
• Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive and active candidates globally.
• Conduct in-depth technical assessments and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders at client organizations through virtual communication.
• Provide expert insights into the technical talent market, including compensation trends and skill availability.
• Negotiate complex offers and manage the candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
• Utilize sophisticated recruitment technology, including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other specialized sourcing tools.
• Collaborate effectively with remote colleagues and leadership to achieve collective recruitment goals.
• Actively contribute to business development initiatives by identifying potential new opportunities and clients in the tech sector.
