Placements24 is seeking a Remote Senior IT Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for senior IT roles, building robust pipelines for top tech talent across global clients. You will design advanced sourcing strategies, conduct technical interviews, and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in IT recruitment, deep knowledge across software, cloud, cybersecurity, data science and infrastructure, and a proven ability to mentor junior recruiters.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Deep knowledge of software, cloud, cybersecurity, data science, and infrastructure.
• Proficient in advanced sourcing, Boolean search, and recruitment tech platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple remote requisitions.
• Experience mentoring or leading recruitment teams is a plus.
