Placements24 is hiring a Remote Senior Full-Stack Developer Recruiter to join its fully remote talent acquisition team. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for top-tier full-stack developers worldwide, engaging candidates, coordinating interviews, and driving the placement journey.

The role requires deep technical recruiting expertise, excellent sourcing abilities, and strong stakeholder management to deliver talent across diverse tech stacks in a remote-first environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, specializing in full-stack developers.
• Recruit for languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C# and frameworks like React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, Django, Spring.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methods.
• Exceptional sourcing skills using advanced boolean/X-ray techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers to understand full-stack roles, stacks, and competencies.
• Source using diverse platforms to identify top talent globally.
• Screen, assess and interview candidates for technical fit and culture.
• Manage candidate pipelines and provide updates to managers and candidates.
• Negotiate offers and support onboarding for successful hires.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool of senior developers.
