Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our global recruitment efforts. You will oversee a distributed team of recruiters and sourcers, driving scalable strategies and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in TA with at least 3 years in leadership, a strong track record of scaling operations for tech companies, and expertise in employer branding, analytics, and remote team leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling recruitment operations for high-growth tech companies

• Strong understanding of global talent markets and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing and motivating remote teams.
• Proficiency with modern ATS platforms and recruitment marketing tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
