Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Lead Recruitment Specialist to drive talent acquisition in a fully remote capacity across South Africa. You will design and implement recruitment strategies, mentor a distributed team, and partner with senior leadership to align hiring with business goals.

In this senior role, you will lead employer branding efforts, optimize candidate experience, and oversee end-to-end processes with a focus on compliance and data-driven improvement.
