Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote HR Specialist focusing on Talent Acquisition to join their fully remote team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across departments, sourcing top talent, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Working remotely, you will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, create job descriptions, and drive the interview process using diverse sourcing strategies while maintaining a strong employer brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably remote.
• Proven ability to source candidates and build pipelines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with ATS and HR software.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Requirements
