Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in agency or RPO environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions concurrently.
• Expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
• Strong interviewing and assessment techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.
• Proficiency with recruitment technology and ATS.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for various roles across client organizations.
• Develop data-driven sourcing strategies using online platforms and tools.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure high-quality shortlists.
• Collaborate with remote hiring managers to understand needs and provide market insights.
