Placements24 is seeking a Remote Inside Sales Representative to join a fully remote team supporting business operations from Mahikeng, North West. The role focuses on generating new opportunities, nurturing them through the sales funnel, and presenting solutions via phone, email, and digital channels.

You will engage potential customers, log activities in the CRM, and collaborate with marketing to drive outreach.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an inside sales or business development role, preferably remote.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
Strong organizational skills and time management abilities for remote work.
Proficiency with CRM software and virtual communication tools.
A resilient and goal-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads through proactive outreach using phone, email, and social selling techniques.
Conduct needs assessments and provide compelling product/service presentations virtually.
Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to qualifying for the next stage.
Accurately log all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with remote marketing teams to execute targeted outreach campaigns.
Achieve and exceed monthly targets for calls, meetings, and qualified opportunities.
