The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Industrial Engineering with 8+ years of progressive experience, strong data analytics skills, and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams remotely.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 8+ years of progressive industrial engineering experience.
• Lean Six Sigma expertise; Black Belt preferred.
• Experience with process simulation and statistical analysis.
• Strong remote collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to lead change without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and optimize industrial processes to improve efficiency, throughput, and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects remotely.
• Develop and standardize operational procedures and best practices for global application.
• Utilize data analytics and simulation tools to identify improvement opportunities and validate proposed solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and mentorship to engineering and operations staff across different locations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion in a remote work environment.
