Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. This fully remote role allows you to shape HR strategies, policies, and programs across South Africa while supporting the employee lifecycle from recruitment to performance management.

You will implement HR initiatives, ensure compliance with South African labor law, manage compensation and benefits, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in HR/related field.
• Minimum 5 years' progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Experience across recruitment, employee relations, compensation and compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools.
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee recruitment and selection process from sourcing to offers.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for a seamless experience.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Facilitate performance management including goal setting and appraisals.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with SA labor legislation and maintain records.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives; foster inclusive culture.
