The position requires expertise in protection schemes, stability studies, and collaboration with utilities, regulatory bodies, and clients from a remote home office.

Qualifikationen

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering with Power Systems specialization.
• Experience with grid interconnection studies and codes.
• Proficiency in power system simulation tools (PSS/E/PSCAD/ETAP/PowerFactory).
• Strong communication for remote collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Lead grid interconnection studies for new generation facilities.
• Develop grid code compliance reports and studies (power flow, fault current).
• Specify protection schemes and control philosophies for interconnections.
• Collaborate with utilities and grid operators on interconnection processes.
• Provide expert advice on power system planning, operation and stability.
• Maintain client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in grid integration.
• Prepare technical proposals and respond to RFPs.
