Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, OR related quantitative field.
• 6+ years of experience in power systems analysis or grid operations.
• Proficiency with PSS/E, PowerWorld and data tools Python/R.
• Strong understanding of power system dynamics, market operations and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in a remote, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time grid performance, analyzing load, generation and transmission data.
• Conduct advanced power-flow studies and stability analyses to predict issues.
• Develop and refine forecasting models for energy demand and supply.
• Identify anomalies, trends, and risks affecting grid reliability.
• Collaborate with grid operators and planning engineers to optimize operations.
• Contribute to developing new analytical tools and methodologies.
