The ideal candidate has a Master's in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) and 8+ years of experience, with proficiency in PSS/E and PowerFactory.

Qualifications

• Master's in Electrical Engineering with Power Systems focus.
• 8+ years in grid integration or power system planning.
• Experience with PSS/E or PowerFactory and grid codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for renewable energy integration into the national grid.
• Conduct grid impact studies and stability analyses.
• Design protection schemes, control systems, and communication networks for grid-connected assets.
• Collaborate with grid operators, utility companies, and project developers to meet interconnection standards.
• Mentor junior engineers in grid integration best practices.
