Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Senior eLearning Specialist to lead the design and development of advanced online learning experiences. You will deliver immersive, accessible courses for a global workforce, collaborating with SMEs and project managers.

You will manage the full development lifecycle, mentor junior designers, and stay ahead of eLearning trends with modern authoring tools and strong ADDIE/SAM methodologies. Remote work enabled.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in eLearning development and instructional design, with at least 2 in a lead role.
• Expert proficiency with Articulate Storyline/Rise and Adobe Captivate.
• Strong knowledge of ADDIE/SAM and adult learning theories.
• Portfolio demonstrating advanced eLearning development.
• Stable internet and a conducive remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Development, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in eLearning development and instructional design, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Expert proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and evaluation methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in creating complex simulations, scenario-based learning, and gamified elements.
• Proficiency in multimedia development tools (e.g., video editing, graphic design).
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills for remote work.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
