Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience designing online learning.
• Proficiency with e-learning tools: Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia.
• Strong instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Experience creating multimedia content (graphics, audio, video).
• Excellent project management and remote collaboration skills.
• Portfolio of online learning projects required.
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards is a plus.
