Placements24 is seeking a creative and experienced Remote Instructional Designer to join our fully remote team. You will design and develop instructional materials, e-learning modules, and training programs that meet clear learning objectives.

Collaborating with SMEs and multimedia developers, you will apply ADDIE or SAM models, create storyboards, scripts, and interactive courses using Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate, and align outcomes with assessments.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Curriculum Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of instructional design and e-learning development experience.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, cognitive theory, and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
