Placements24 is hiring a Remote eLearning Developer to design and build dynamic online training for a corporate workforce. You will conceptualize, develop, and implement engaging eLearning modules, collaborating with SMEs and instructional designers to meet objectives.

You will utilize Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and other tools to create multimedia content with videos, quizzes, scenarios, and gamification, ensuring alignment with branding and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia Development, Education Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years hands-on eLearning development, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Proficiency with leading authoring tools such as Storyline, Rise or Captivate.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Portfolio of eLearning development projects required.

Requirements

• Proficiency with leading eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Experience with multimedia development tools (e.g., video editing software, graphic design software).
• Knowledge of SCORM and xAPI standards for learning content deployment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
