Placements24 is seeking a Remote Senior eLearning Specialist to lead the design and development of cutting-edge online learning experiences. This fully remote role requires expertise in instructional design, advanced eLearning tools, and adult learning principles to deliver high-quality digital learning solutions.

You will collaborate with SMEs, designers, and project managers, mentoring junior staff while managing multiple projects and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in eLearning development and instructional design, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role.
• Expert proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise or Adobe Captivate.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models (ADDIE/SAM).
• Experience creating complex simulations, scenario-based learning, and gamified elements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced eLearning courses and modules using industry-leading authoring tools.
