Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain engaging and interactive e-learning courses using authoring tools.

• Configure and manage courses within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless delivery and tracking of learner progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in e-learning development and instructional design.
• Proficiency with industry-standard e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Experience in developing multimedia content (video editing, graphic design).
• Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and course deployment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Knowledge of web technologies and accessibility standards (e.g., HTML, CSS, WCAG).
• Portfolio showcasing previous e-learning development work is highly desirable.
