Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in instructional design with proven e-learning track record.
• Expert proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Storyline 360, Captivate).
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM) and BD & design principles.
• Experience with multimedia development (graphics, audio, video editing).
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus; portfolio required.

About the Role

Our client, a rapidly expanding e-learning solutions provider, is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to join their fully remote team. This role is instrumental in creating engaging, effective, and innovative online learning experiences for a diverse clientele. The Senior Instructional Designer will be responsible for the end-to-end design and development of e-learning courses, from initial needs analysis and learning objectives definition through to content creation, assessment design, and final deployment. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of adult learning principles, multimedia development, and cutting-edge e-learning technologies. Work remotely from anywhere, contributing expertise to a dynamic global team, even if based out of East London .

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality, interactive e-learning courses using industry-standard authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Conduct learning needs analyses and define clear learning objectives and outcomes.
• Create engaging course content, including text, graphics, audio, video, and interactive elements.
• Develop effective assessment strategies and tools to measure learning effectiveness.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Stay current with trends and best practices in instructional design, e-learning, and learning technologies.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior instructional designers.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
