Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of data analysis experience, with a focus on e-commerce/online retail.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and understanding of e-commerce metrics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from analytics, CRM, sales sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track e-commerce KPIs.
• Analyze customer behavior, purchasing patterns, and campaign performance to identify trends.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, and ops.
• Utilize statistical modeling to forecast trends and future outcomes.
• Create clear data visualizations to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure data accuracy and improve data collection processes.
• Identify opportunities for A/B testing and support optimization efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in data analytics and e-commerce.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote data-literate culture.
