Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote E-commerce Performance Analyst to monitor, analyze, and optimize key e-commerce metrics from anywhere. You will translate data into actionable insights for marketing, product, and sales teams, driving online revenue growth.

The role requires a quantitative background and expert analytics tool proficiency (GA4/Adobe Analytics, SQL, Tableau/Power BI). Collaboration is conducted with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce analytics or web analytics.
• Expert proficiency in GA4 and/or Adobe Analytics.
• Strong SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on e-commerce performance metrics (traffic, conversions, sales, CAC, CLTV, ROI).
• Use GA4/Adobe Analytics and BI tools to track performance and identify trends.
• Analyze user behavior to identify friction points and improvements.
• Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for campaigns and product planning.
• Conduct A/B testing analysis and interpret results.
• Analyze sales data for product performance and customer patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
