Qualifications
- Head for advanced degree in statistics, economics, or related quantitative field.
- Minimum 5 years in e-commerce or web analytics.
- Proven ability to translate data into business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and sales data to drive online growth.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track ecommerce KPIs.
- Identify drivers of sales and customer acquisition and recommend optimizations.
- Conduct A/B/multivariate testing to improve UX and functionality.
- Evaluate marketing campaigns across channels and extract insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT on data-driven initiatives.
- Perform deep-dive analyses on cart abandonment and customer segmentation.
- Present findings to stakeholders and influence decisions.
