Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Remote E-commerce Social Media Analyst to drive data-informed decisions for our online presence. You will analyze social media engagement, website traffic, and customer behavior, building dashboards and reports that translate data into actionable strategies.

This role offers fully remote work and a chance to impact ROI for our e-commerce initiatives. Working from Stellenbosch, you will collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to optimize campaigns

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Analyst or Data Analyst in e-commerce.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics and analytics tools.
• Ability to interpret data sets and communicate findings clearly and concisely.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs for social media and e-commerce efforts.
