Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years in data analysis focusing on social media marketing and e-commerce analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL and statistical software (R, Python).
• Experience with web analytics platforms such as GA and Adobe Analytics.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and business models.

Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate data from social media platforms, e-commerce analytics tools, and website tracking.
• Analyze campaign performance including reach, engagement, CTR, conversion, and ROI.
• Track website traffic sources, user behavior, and conversion paths from social channels.
• Develop dashboards to monitor social media and e-commerce metrics.
• Generate reports detailing findings, trends, and insights for online sales.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize content, ad spend, and targeting.
• Conduct A/B testing on social media content and ads to identify best performers.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor analysis related to social media and e-commerce.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure data consistency.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
